She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from UICT, Jalgaon, complemented by an MBA specializing in Human Resources. Shilpa’s robust background in the Oil & Gas and refinery sectors provides her with a unique perspective on managing complex projects with strategic agility and operational excellence.
As a co-founder and the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Prowoo Engineering Solutions, Kiran is a dynamic leader with over 24+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He earned his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from UICT, Jalgaon, and has since specialized in upstream oil & gas concept development, economic analysis, and managing significant Oil & Gas capital projects. Kiran’s extensive background includes specialist knowledge in core process engineering, particularly in gas processing technologies such as Sour Gas Treating and Gas Dehydration.
